Where is my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed.
Be sure to add support@beigehour.com to your contact list so our emails don’t go to spam/junk.
Can I cancel or make a change to my order?
Unfortunately, we are unable to modify or make adjustments to your order once it’s been placed.
To cancel, contact us immediately and we will do our best to catch your order before it’s processed. Please note we cannot guarantee cancellation if the order has already been processed.
If you can’t cancel, you can set up an online return here once your order has been delivered.
Can I change the address on my order?
Once an order has been processed we are unable to edit, make changes or cancel your order. However, we can attempt to change your address via our shipping provider though there is no guarantee. Please contact us here.
When will I receive my order?
Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed. Once shipped, your order should arrive between 1-5 business days.

My order shows delivered, but I haven't received it.
Please email us at support@beigehour.com so we can submit a claim with the carrier if your package has been lost, damaged or stolen.
we highly recommend adding route insurance to your cart at checkout to protect you against stolen packages.
How do I start a return?
If you’re not obsessed with your purchase, you may return for a full refund (excluding shipping) within 30 days of receiving your order.

- You'll receive an email with a code, type that code onto the login page
- You'll be logged into your account where you can than request a return
Please note a $10 fee will be applied to returns to cover shipping, handling + restocking.
Do you offer exchanges?
At this time, we do not offer exchanges but you can return + repurchase as long as it's in the 30-day return window.
What is the return policy?
You may return for a full refund (excluding shipping fees) within 30 days of receiving your order. We only accept items that are new + unworn. If returned item(s) shows any signs of wear or damage beyond (reasonable) repair, one of our customer service representatives will contact you directly regarding your refund request.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
All final sale items are non-refundable and are not eligible for exchange.
