You may return for a full refund (excluding shipping + summer warehouse sale items*) within 30 days of receiving your order.
Start a Return by logging into your account. Once logged in, you can request a return.
*Please note the following:
- A $10 fee will be applied to returns to cover shipping, handling + restocking.
- We only accept items that are new + unworn. If returned item(s) shows any signs of wear or damage beyond (reasonable) repair, one of our customer service representatives will contact you directly regarding your reimbursement or store credit.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- All final sale items are non-refundable and are not eligible for exchange.
- Summer warehouse sale items may be exchanged unless marked final sale. Items may not be returned for a refund. Email our customer support team to complete an exchange.
